Above ProficiencyStudents who are above proficiency are performing at a higher level than their grade level specific skills. These students are ready to grapple with skills that are more rigorous than the problem sets offered in the
traditional content curriculum. |
ProficientStudents in this category are on grade level or meeting the learning goals for that particular skill/category. These students have mastered the grade level content and can work independently.

Below ProficiencyStudents who are below proficiency and performing below grade level aren’t mastering the skills required for their grade level. This means they need more support than the regular instruction and small group sessions provide.

Well Below ProficiencyStudents who are performing well below proficiency reveals a very strong need for intervention. These students will benefit from 1-on-1 sessions focused on their individual skillset.

MATH AND LITERACY SUMMER BOOSTServices/Packages
Details about tutoring services (i.e., Math Package, Literacy Package and, one-hour sessions, and weekly session)
Packages are based on preliminary assessments, previous report card data, and parental discretion

ABOUT BRITTNEY
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina A&T State University. Currently pursuing my master’s degree in education at The University of Maryland-College Park. I am certified to teach elementary education for grades K-5.
