Bridge Scholastics: Literacy and Math Summer Boost offers tutoring and enrichment services to children at the elementary education level in subjects such as Literacy and Mathematics. The company aims to close the achievement gap for each child by using their personal student data to target instruction, and create customized learning plans. Our mission is to curate a learning experience that targets and supports each child’s learning goals. The goal of Bridge Scholastics is to provide opportunities for students to grow exponentially and excel in their studies.

MEET BRITTNEY

Brittney Woodard is the founder of Bridge Scholastics, and a proud elementary educator. She curates learning experiences that transform and empower students to become confident and proficient learners who thrive in the classroom. Her purpose for teaching is to give students the keys to success and show them how to unlock their most significant potential. This can be done by loving, encouraging, and challenging them to believe in themselves. Once students become confident in their academic abilities, success is inevitable. Brittney Holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina A&T State University. Currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Education at The University of Maryland-College Park. She is licensed to teach Elementary Education for grades K-6.

Brittney is licensed to teach K-6. She has been recognized as a Highly Effective Teacher in her school district, which is the highest effective rating a teacher can receive. Although Brittney has accomplished many things in her career, her greatest accomplishment is the lasting relationships she has cultivated with her students. She has also been recognized in her community for her teaching contributions to the young adult company.
